Zoom Integration Guide

Buxo integrates seamlessly with Zoom to automatically generate meeting links based on your scheduling agent's rules.

1. Installation

To add Buxo to your Zoom account via our dashboard:

• Log in to your Buxo Dashboard.
• Navigate to the Integrations or Settings page.
• Find the Zoom integration section and click Connect.
• You will be redirected to the Zoom Authorization page. Log in and click Authorize to grant Buxo access to create meetings on your behalf.
• Once authorized, you will be redirected back to the Buxo dashboard with Zoom successfully connected.

2. Usage

Buxo automatically manages your Zoom meetings based on your training:

• When an invitee books a slot through your Buxo link, Buxo automatically creates a unique Zoom meeting for that event.
• The Zoom meeting link is automatically included in the calendar invite sent to both you and the invitee.
• Buxo ensures that Zoom links are generated only for meeting types where you have enabled Zoom as the location.

3. Uninstallation & Deactivation

You can disconnect Zoom directly from within Buxo or through the Zoom Marketplace.

Disconnecting via Buxo (Recommended)

• Log in to your Buxo Dashboard.
• Navigate to the Integrations or Settings page.
• Find the active Zoom integration and click Disconnect.
• Buxo will immediately stop creating Zoom meetings and remove its access tokens.

Removing via Zoom App Marketplace

• Log in to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
• Click Manage > Added Apps or search for the Buxo app.
• Click Remove next to the Buxo app.

4. Troubleshooting

If Zoom meetings are not being generated, please ensure your Zoom token hasn't expired by disconnecting and reconnecting Zoom in your Buxo Settings. For further assistance, contact support@buxo.ai.
