Yes - every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that.
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard settings. If you upgrade to annual mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
Your booking links keep working — we never take a live booking page offline over billing. What pauses is adding new links, groups, templates and people until you start a plan. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged anything.
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription. No questions asked.
We don't offer a permanently free tier. Buxo's AI scheduling engine runs real-time inference on every booking - the subscription keeps that running for you.
Anyone who can be booked through Buxo — every person a workflow can put in a meeting, and anyone with their own booking link. People who only ever book others, and external guests who receive an invitation, do not need one.
Paid plans start at two seats. A seat is a bookable person, so two is the smallest workspace the product is actually for — groups, guardrails and the shared decision ledger all need more than one person to mean anything. You can still sign up on your own and use your personal booking links throughout the free trial; the minimum applies when you subscribe.
Add seats whenever you need them and the card on file is charged straight away for the rest of the period. Reducing seats works differently on purpose: the change is recorded now and takes effect at your next renewal, so nothing is charged or refunded mid-period and your next invoice is simply smaller. You cannot drop below the number of people currently using a seat — deactivate them or revoke their invitation first.
